This book is my family’s history told through recipes, stories and pictures. 
This could be anyone’s family.  The recipes are the favorites which repeatedly
show up at family gatherings and are passed down from generation to
generation.  The stories are the same as told in the kitchen while explaining
the preparation of the dishes, some humorous, some poignant, combined
they create a memory of the family which will live beyond their time in this
world.  And the pictures, culled from the albums, are glimpses of other times
which give credence to the stories.

 If you like comfort food, if you like to eat but don’t think you know how to cook
or if you seek a favorite recipe from your childhood, this is the book for you. 
Not only are the recipes included but it is a how to book with each step of
assembling the recipe explained clearly and simply so anyone can produce
these dishes with panache.

And even if you are an expert in the kitchen you will enjoy this book.  The stories
and accompanying photos are a delicious read all by themselves.
